FAQ : Fall Residential HVAC Maintenance Service

All central air conditioning and heating systems require maintenance services twice a year.  The spring and fall are optimal  times to have these services done as they help prepare your HVAC system for the more extreme seasons of summer and winter.  The goal of our maintenance services are to minimize system failure and prolong the lifespan of your unit.  

Fall residential maintenance services are $90 per system plus tax.

Our fall maintenance services include inspection, cleaning, and tune-ups to ensure that your heating system is running at peak efficiency as you prepare for the winter season.   A complete list of tasks included in this service can be downloaded below. 

Should an issue be found at the time of the service, the servicing technician will be able to communicate their diagnosis with you as well as provide a professional recommendation on how to proceed.  Often our technicians are able to make repairs the same day as the service.  

There are certain components of an HVAC system that will likely need to be replaced various times over your system’s life span.  For our customers who take advantage of our maintenance services, we provide a 15% discount on those components/parts should they be needed.  A complete list of these parts can be downloaded below.  

Residential maintenance services are scheduled between the hours of 8AM and 4PM, Monday through Friday, during the spring and fall.   Give us a call to schedule yours today!
